Description
Simple and healthy pasta recipe with only a few ingredients.

- 1Large broccoli
- 4Garlic cloves
- 1 or 2Chillies
Steps
- 1. Boil Broccoli
Boil medium sized broccoli pieces for 6min in salted water.
- 2. Heat garlic and chilli
Add olive oil to a pan and cook garlic and chilli on medium heat until the garlic is golden brown.
- 3. Add broccoli to pan and cover
Use a slotted spoon to move the broccoli from the pot into the pan and mix with the garlic and chilli. Lower heat to low-medium and cover.
- 4. Boil pasta
Boil pasta according to instructions in the same water that was used to boil the broccoli. After boiling the pasta for 1-2 minutes take some of the pasta water and add it to the pan with the other ingredients. Save the leftover water before draining the pasta when finished.
- 5. Combine pasta and sauce
Add some more pasta water, salt and olive oil to the pan and mix pasta with the other ingredients until the texture gets creamy and everything is well combined.
