Description

- 15 ozricotta cheese
- 1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
- 1egg

Steps
- 1. Make the Meat Sauce
Cook minced meat in a pan over medium heat until browned. Stir in chopped onions, garlic, and cook until softened. Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with grated Parmesan, mozzarella, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3. Boil Lasagna Noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a sheet to cool.
