Steps
- 1. Prepare the Vegetables
Peel and chop the potatoes and beetroot into small, even pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic. This ensures even cooking and a smooth texture in your soup.
- 2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they become soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. This step helps to build the flavor base for your soup.
- 3. Add the Potatoes and Beetroot
Add the chopped potatoes and beetroot to the pot. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the onion and garlic mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
