Steps
- 1. Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the beef into bite-sized pieces, dice the onions and carrots, and mince the garlic. Having all ingredients ready will make cooking easier and faster.
- 2. Brown the Beef
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add some oil. Add the beef pieces in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Brown the beef on all sides and set aside.
- 3. Cook the Aromatics
